Directions for Use

• Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
• Children 6–12 years: Take 1–2 capsules daily. Pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into milk or juice, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
• Children under 6 years: Use only as directed by your healthcare professional.
